- Establish, confirms, manages and controls all production control systems and procedure within the department, and oversee the over-all operation & activities.
- Confirms and oversee budget plan making every half fiscal year and production planning activities within the organization.
- Establishes budget control to manage waste and to reduce production cost.
- Improves and ensures compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) to prevent occurrence of Chip/Taping planning issues/problem and human error.

- Must be a college graduate (Engineering course preferably IE) or any Business Course related to Planning, Sales/Marketing, and Customer Service.
- With at least 7 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- With knowledge in Production Operation, Planning and Sales.
