Private Infra Dev Corporation (PIDC) is the concessionaire for the 89 km Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (or TPLEX). To-date, PIDC has completed and opened to the public 62 km of TPLEX, thus allowing motorists to travel from Balintawak to Baguio in only 3.5 hours.
