Relationship Manager  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding our portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality banking solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Identify and target potential corporate clients to grow the bank's portfolio.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their banking needs and inquiries.
• Proactively seek opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the bank’s visibility and attract new clients.
• Monitor the performance of client accounts, including credit quality and compliance with bank policies.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
• Prepare detailed reports on client account status and performance for senior management.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in corporate banking or a related financial services field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and financial markets.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with banking software.
