Team Leader Recruitment  

We are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader with a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment and human resource management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing holistic recruitment strategies from initial sourcing to offering stage, while continuously evaluating and improving the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure workforce needs are met through data-driven strategies that drive team performance and streamline recruitment processes. Such tasks will include:

1. Analyze workforce needs and coordinate with strategy & policy units and other relevant departments to meet staffing requirements.
2. Evaluate new and renewal employment agreements.
3. Develop and implement recruitment strategies for all employee levels.
4. Oversee the selection process, including application reviews, interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Psychology, or any related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment/Human Capital and/or banking industry.
