Team leader Data Privacy & Protection  

The Team Leader - Data Privacy and Protection will oversee the development, implementation, and management of data privacy and protection programs within the banking organization. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant data protection laws, regulations, and internal policies while fostering a culture of privacy and security.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of data privacy practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and manage responses to audits or inquiries.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data privacy and security policies.
• Establish data classification, retention, and destruction guidelines.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and operational teams to embed privacy considerations into organizational processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Law, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading projects related to data protection.
