Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Address and resolve impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Oversee and manage server operations, both Windows and Non-Windows environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server operations.
- Ensure the implementation, research, and development of IT solutions are aligned with project goals.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.
- Generate comprehensive reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Ensure transparency and effective communication with stakeholders regarding project status and progress.
- Promote and implement best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage and facilitate Scrum practices in robotics projects, if applicable.
- Leverage previous experience in robotics to drive project success and innovation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related IT fields.
- Over 3-5 years of experience in a senior role as a Scrum Master.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Expertise in Server Operations (both Windows and Non-Windows).
- Experience in troubleshooting Server Operations (both Windows and Non-Windows).
- Experience in implementing, researching, and developing IT solutions.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master in robotics projects is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to create comprehensive reports and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
