  1. Oversee and oversee brand strategy to enhance the company’s image and ensure consistency across all channels.
  2. Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform strategy decisions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and digital marketing, to align brand objectives with business goals.
  5. Manage and allocate budget effectively to optimize marketing performance.
  6. Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Lead rebranding projects or new product launches to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including advertising agencies and media partners.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to the marketing team, driving professional growth and productivity.
  10. Report regularly to senior management on brand performance, marketing ROI, and strategy numbers.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in brand management or strategic marketing
  3. Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and strategy.
  4. Proven experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  5. Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends and consumer insights.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics software.
  7. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  9. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
  10. Results-oriented and able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
