Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop strategic planning and remedial & collection operational programs.
- Evaluate the results of work in fostering and managing the Accounts Receivable of each branch.
- Make an annual work plan (activity plan) operational activities.
- Monitor performance achievement as an accountability report to management.
- Formulate policy proposals and strategies for overdue management to be submitted to management.
- Conduct analysis on A/R management as a basis for determining policies and strategies to be formulated.
- Make projections of the RC department's manpower needs every year to ensure the implementation of the target of paying/collecting receivables effectively.
- Ensuring work activities carried out by subordinates are in accordance with applicable SOPs.
- Provide feedback to subordinates both informally (coaching & counseling) and through a formal evaluation process (performance appraisal).
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimal Bachelor's degree
- Minimal 5 years experience in finance company or banking; with at least 2 years experience in Managerial position
- Have knowledge & experience in handling collections process & related regulations
- Having network with the police, mass organizations, and other relevant agencies
- Proven competencies in team leading & team leadership
