Merchant Acquisition Departement Head  

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand Nicepay’s market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team success.
• Drive the acquisition of new B2B clients and personal sellers (SMEs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
• Collaborate with the Partnership team to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Have track record of success in the payment gateway or fintech industry preferred
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas consistently.
• Experience in selling payment solutions to businesses, with a strong understanding of payment technologies and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and financial institution
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Deep understanding of the payment gateway industry and its trends will be preferred
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies
• Knowledge of the Indonesian market and its unique challenges
