General Qualifications:

• Experience in the F&B industry (minimum 1-2 years, depending on the position applied for).
• Maximum age of 35 years (depending on the position).
• Minimum education requirement of High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) for certain positions.
• Well-groomed, attractive appearance with a friendly personality and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Good communication skills, able to work in a team, and highly motivated.
• Willing to work in a shift system and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage, especially for positions in FB Service and Public Relations (PR).
• For FB Bar & Kitchen positions: Technical knowledge and skills relevant to the position (e.g., barista skills for making coffee, or cooking skills for Cooks and Chefs).
• For Sales & Marketing positions: Experience in F&B marketing strategies, digital marketing, and the ability to build business networks.
• For Graphic Design positions: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
