Seek out properties that align with Pashouses’s criteria for location, pricing dan renovation

Conduct negotiations on Pashouses’s commercial agreements with potential seller

Be actively engaged in the field for meetings, pitching, and closing deals with seller

Two years of experience in field sales, account management, or partnership/acquisition roles.

Ideally has experience in property management.

Comfortable working under the pressure of meeting acquisition targets.

Strong skills in presentation and negotiation.

Possesses solid analytical and numerical abilities.

Excels in roles that involve meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
