- Manage Goods Orders, Process orders for goods according to division needs and ensure orders run smoothly.
- Check Price and Quality, Compare prices and quality from suppliers to get the best goods.
- Manage Purchase Documents Compile and archive purchasing documents, such as purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinate with Suppliers Communicate with suppliers regarding shipping and ensure goods arrive on time.
- Create Purchase Reports Prepare purchasing reports for company evaluation and audit needs.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Staff or in a related role.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best prices and favorable terms.
- Ability to analyze purchasing needs and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrates integrity, discipline, and good conduct in the workplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with vari ous stakeholders.
- Ready to be placed in Kendal Industrial Park (KIK), Central Java.
