- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various sources to identify payment solutions and develop new solutions/services that meet the company's business needs.
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the product team to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide input based on market analysis and industry trends for product development.
- Create reports and presentations to convey analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow and alignment with the company's business goals.
- Develop and oversee product trials to ensure solutions meet identified needs.
- Gather feedback and make necessary improvements before product launch.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in product management, project management, and an understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Has an understanding and knowledge of financial products, especially payment services and banking.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
