- Supervise and coordinate activities related to services related to medical records in all branches.
- Ensure the completeness of national medical records in accordance with predetermined rules and standards, including the absence of duplication of medical records.
- Manage medical records in accordance with the rules for organizing medical records within the limits of filling, assembling, coding and indexing all medical record documents.
- Maintain the quality of medical record documents from all risks such as damage, loss or misuse by parties who do not have the authority and access rights.
- Validate and analyze medical record data according to the needs of related parties.
- Coordination of Preparation, Monitoring and Evaluation related to National Medical Records Audit and Accreditation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum educartion Bahelor's Degree in Medical Records / Health Information / Health Information Management IPK min 3.00
- Have an active Registration certificate number (STR) and medical license (SIP).
- Have minimal 2-3 years experience in electronic medical record (e-MR).
- Good analytical thinking & have leadership skill.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skill (both English and Bahasa).
