Head Chef  

We are looking for a disciplined, creative, and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our Izakaya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations, both technical and administrative, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to high-quality standards. You will work closely with the team, providing leadership and guidance while maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the highest level of product quality in every dish served. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing innovative menus and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Strong leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary creativity are essential for this role.

1. At least 3 years of proven expertise in the Food & Beverage industry;
2. Highly disciplined, reliable, and accountable in all kitchen operations;
3. Innovative mindset with a passion for culinary creativity;
4. Skilled in managing kitchen administration and operations efficiently; and
5. Specialized knowledge of Japanese cuisine, with a strong preference for Kushiyaki mastery.
