Sales Representative Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our dynamic sales team as Sales Representatives. This role is perfect for individuals with exceptional communication skills and a passion for selling and demand generation. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate demand for our products/services

- Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social media

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for demand generation campaigns

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities

- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Passion for sales and eagerness to learn about demand generation strategies

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior internship or part-time experience in sales or customer service

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

- Familiarity with basic sales and marketing analytics
