Accounting Associate  

• Accounting Operations

Prepares vouchers for disbursements and invoices.

Prepares payouts for dropshippers, suppliers and affiliates.

Prepares the monthly reconciliation on bank and other asset accounts.

Computes costing for inventory.

• Financial Reporting

Provides accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual schedules to the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.

Prepares monthly summary of income statement accounts.

Assists in financial management and reporting activity.

• Tax Planning and Legal Compliance

Prepares tax schedules and returns in compliance to tax laws and requirements.

• Additional Tasks

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• With or without experience but with experience is an advantage.
• Strong focus on accuracy and precision in handling financial data, recording transactions, and preparing financial statements.
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
