Digital Asset Manager | Remote  

Job Summary:

As a Digital Asset Manager, you will oversee the organization, categorization, and maintenance of our digital assets, ensuring their accessibility and accuracy within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role demands a meticulous approach to asset management, strong categorization skills, and proficiency with various design and asset management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all digital assets are accurately categorized, tagged, and stored within the Digital Asset Management system (BrandFolder).
• Build and maintain a comprehensive categorization structure that aligns with organizational needs and facilitates easy asset retrieval.
• Keep digital assets up to date, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and maintaining asset relevancy.
• Collaborate with teams to fulfill specific asset requisitions, providing necessary digital assets promptly and accurately.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Atleast 3 years experience in digital asset management, asset categorization, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and experience with BrandFolder or similar DAM systems.
• Strong organizational and categorization skills to maintain a structured and accessible asset repository.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with video editing principles and the ability to adapt to different video editing tools if required.
