The role of Sales Coach is to empower our sales team to achieve peak performance by providing expert coaching, developing effective training programs, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The Sales Coach will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving sales efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs focusing on areas such as sales techniques and soft skills.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individual account managers, offering guidance, feedback, and support to improve their performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Regularly assess sales representative performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized development plans.
  • Utilize sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Share insights with the sales team to optimize their strategies.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with overall sales objectives.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales to ensure that training programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Create a positive and supportive sales culture that encourages teamwork and growth.
  • Organize and lead sales meetings, workshops, and team activities.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training programs.
  • Align training programs with the Performance Management Policy, Performance Improvement Plan(s), business direction, and individual or team performance.
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing timely feedback.
  • Assist sales representatives in building strong customer relationships and influencing customer decisions.
  • Implement activities for sales discussions, training, events, and other sales-related initiatives.
  • Create a positive and supportive sales culture that encourages teamwork and growth.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • At least 3 years experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager or equivalent
  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to develop and motivate sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Experience with sales CRM systems and learning management systems.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to help others succeed.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part or in support of a team.
