TPCC is engaged by the Dr. Fe del Mundo Medical Center Foundation Philippines Inc. as its Property Manager to manage, maintain, and administer the properties of the Foundation. TPCC currently manages the following properties located in Banawe St. Quezon City: • Medical Arts Building – A five (5) storey building located in Banawe corner Cardiz Sts. with commercial establishments on the Ground Floor, 36 rooms for clinics and offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors, a Nursing Review Center and Public Health Institute on the 4th Floor, and Dentistry Center on the 5th Floor. • Terra Building - A two (2) storey building located in Banawe corner Cardiz Sts. which currently houses a 7-Eleven Convenience Store on the ground floor.
