Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The After Sales Planning Professional is a member of the Service Planning Section that is responsible for the business planning and after-sales business strategies.
In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in planning and project management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Spearhead annual business planning and business forecasting budget planning and management
- Budget planning and KPI management
- Coordinate and influence internal and external stakeholders to support business projects
- Data processing and analysis, digitalization and visualization of KPIs
- Creation of top management reports on the after-sales business performance
- Coordination with stakeholders and timely implementation of project-based activities
- Monitoring of overall project progress for existing and new after-sales business
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration major in Operations Management, Data Analytics and Data Science
- Has background or experience in project management is an advantage
- Has excellent communication and analytical skill
- Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage
- Forecasting & project management skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (MS Excel & PowerPoint)
- Data processing and report creation
