Cybersecurity Consulting Head  

Purpose

• The Consulting Head handles the General Management of the Consulting Service and Rigeltech Corporation (RTC). The Consulting Head will report to the MICTS Head.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of the Consulting Sales, Business Development, Audit and Advisory, and Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing teams.
• Work with the MICTS Head to formulate the strategies, products, and service offerings of the group.
• Implement strategies that would be identified during strategic planning.
• Work with other Sales Business Units to generate more opportunities.
• Effectively manage the group’s resources and budget in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Managed the Consulting Service and RTC’s profit and loss.
• Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the MICTS Head.

Working Conditions

• Reporting to the company’s main office in Makati City on a hybrid work arrangement.
• Collaborate physically and/or virtually with internal and external stakeholders.
• May travel for face-to-face client meetings, company-sponsored conferences, and related marketing events.
• Attend training and acquire certifications that are applicable to the role.

A. Minimum Education

• Preferably with a degree in business administration, engineering, or accountancy.
• MBA degree or pursuing MBA is an advantage.

B. Minimum Experience/Training

• At least 15 years of working experience.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a consulting company engaged in ISO Standards, Cybersecurity, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
