Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Umbrella Solutions. Your primary role will be to engage in outbound B2B telemarketing, targeting specific regions to set appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make a direct impact on our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B calls to set appointments with potential clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs (specific targets will be provided).
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Competitive Salary Structure:

• Start with 17,000 Pesos per month (First 3 Months).
• Increase to 22,000 Pesos per month (Next 3 Months) upon meeting KPIs consistently.
• Further increase to 30,000 Pesos per month (post 6 months) with continued success.
