- Conduct Pre-Op calls to collect patient medical history
- Review health history, including medications, any allergies, and review specific instructions for what patients need to do prior to procedure
- Explains procedures/ treatment to patient and/or family members.
- Document appropriately the care/instructions given to the patient.
- Carries out physician orders.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of patient's medical record
- Record and report pertinent observation regarding the patient
- Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the department
- Communicate effectively to all physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provides quality care to patients and work with multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest patient satisfaction
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse
- Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Minimum of 1- 2 years Clinical Experience
- Ability and commitment to strictly follow protocols provided for patient education and counseling
- Ability to communicate with compassion, empathy, tact and Cultural Sensitivity w/ patients and their families
- Excellent Organizational Skills & Priority Setting
- Ability to work independently and as a team member within provided guidelines
- Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection
