- Lead a team of medical coders providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure high quality work while promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Manage medical coding projects.
- Conduct client's medical coding reviews and audit to identify coding errors and areas of improvement. Provide recommendations and updates as needed.
- Develop and document QA processes specific to coding ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Communicate medical coding issues with the appropriate team and identify solutions to coding issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other teams and managers to ensure integration of coding processes to improve overall billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform special projects and other duties as requested.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Health courses or other related field (preferred but not required).
- Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in coding and billing
- Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, Mondays to Fridays
- Has reliable internet at home
- Able to Work From Home
