- Handle requests from the clients under TMSuite and should make sure that all requests and concerns are done properly and in a timely manner.
- Vehicle Registration and pairing
- Updating Vehicle Information in TM Suite
- Check and Validate trip with error in dispatching
- Validation of Errors
- Monitor number of units in TM Suite Database vs Data Studio
- Coordinate with different departments any issues and concerns that may arise.
- Monitor the fleet status and ensure that fleet status updates are being sent to the clients
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
- 1 - 2 years handling business to business transactions
- 1 - 2 years of customer service
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in Google Workspace
