As a Trade Marketing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and brand visibility within Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. You will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies, optimizing the deployment of commerce resources, managing budgets effectively, and leading a team to achieve trade marketing objectives in the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall business goals and sales targets.
Identify opportunities for brand visibility and product placement within retail channels, including stores, supermarkets, and distributors.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective merchandising and promotion of products in-store.
Coordinate the design and production of trade marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Manage the deployment of commerce resources, including promotional materials, product samples, and demonstration kits.
Allocate budget for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
Lead and develop a team of trade marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Cultivate strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders in the trade channel.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform trade marketing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in trade marketing, sales, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and experience driving sales through trade marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to deploy commerce resources effectively to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
Knowledge of the local retail landscape, distribution channels, and consumer preferences in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, preferred.
