		<li>Prepares reports on recruitment data and provides recommendations on how to improve the recruitment strategy based on the data</li>

	<li>Coordinates closely with the umco to ensure compliance with University directives, protocols, and branding guidelines related to communication</li>
	<li>Attends to inquiries from prospective interns from various communication channels (e.g., face-to-face, online, phone, office email), records contact information of prospective interns, and conducts follow-ups on potential students as needed</li>
	<li>Manages the logistics and coordination of internship applications and onboarding

		<li>Reviews and ensures the accuracy and completeness of the submitted application documents and informs students of lacking documents, if any</li>
		<li>Prepares Memorandum of Agreement and other internship/partnership agreements, and facilitates the routing for necessary approvals in coordination with the University Legal and Compliance Office and University Data Protection Office</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Serves as a liaison between the students and the academic departments in addressing inquiries and/other concerns about the internship program</li>
</ul>

II. Internship Management 

<ul>
	<li>Provides interns with guidance throughout the internship
	<ul>
		<li>Monitors students’ compliance to the internship’s guidelines, and applies the necessary measures</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Updates and maintains the database of internships which includes interns’ data and other relevant information</li>
	<li>Gathers feedback from the interns and the internal stakeholders regarding the run/course of the internship program to continuously monitor that objectives and agreements are attained</li>
	<li>Establishes metrics to assess effectiveness of internship programs
	<ul>
		<li>Prepares reports on internship program runs, and provides recommendations for improvements</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Communicates with schools and academic departments relevant concerns and updates about the run/course of the internship, and recommends possible interventions and/or action items</li>
</ul>

III. Learning and Development Support 

<ul>
	<li>Serves as a conduit between the Center and ohrmod in implementing training programs for employees
	<ul>
		<li>Provides logistical support in the implementation of the different training programs/initiatives, as needed</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Supports the Section Heads in Center for Continuing Education in monitoring the compliance of employees (e.g. training attendance, actual completion) in coordination with ohrmod</li>
	<li>Maintains records of training schedules, attendance, and other relevant information on the trainings conducted</li>
</ul>

As a Sales Officer for SB Rental, you will be responsible for soliciting and growing the operating lease portfolio based on the assigned quota/target. You will support the Sales Head towards achieving the sales business plan.

How you'll contribute

<ul>
	<li>Prepares Lease Approval write-up and business information by securing complete pre-approval documents from lease applicants to finalize recommendations for lease line approval.</li>
	<li>Prepares exception requests for approval and other credit proposals by presenting memos and presenting mitigants and other credit justification to accommodate new business and allow booking.</li>
	<li>Prepares call reports for meetings with clients such as visits with existing and prospective clients, lunch meetings, and meetings held in the SBRC office to document dealings with clients.</li>
	<li>Responds and addresses inquiries and other requests from existing and prospective clients thru email, phone calls or client calls in a timely manner.</li>
	<li>Attends to queries from Financial Analysts during financial review by communicating required information to clients in order to firm up financial analysis reports.</li>
	<li>Prepares availment sheets for review of Sales Head and Operations Head completing data required based on agreed terms and asset details of the leased asset to proceed with the preparation of the lease contracts</li>
	<li>Cultivates account leads generated thru various Sbc group relationships to secure client referrals and business support.</li>
	<li>Conducts credit presentation on lease applicants with comprehensive reports to approving committees based on credit analysis report and evaluation to allow approvers to evaluate the creditworthiness of client and whether to approve the application or not.</li>
	<li>Ensures completeness of credit folder by securing all required documents for credit evaluation and compliance to kyc requirements.</li>
	<li>Performs file backup procedure for relevant documents using back storage application or hardrive to secure data at all times.</li>
