First Multi-Tech Industrial and Development Corporation (FMIDC) was established in 1993 as a trading company supplying a wide range of products, from refurbished aircraft seats to concrete and wooden poles. 1. Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.

2. Inspects electrical panels, temperature, rectifiers, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.

3. Inspects and test equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders to determine required repairs.

Will be responsible for the safe and efficient daily operation of the plant, reliable delivery of energy, and upkeep of the whole site. Leads the technicians in assuring the good condition of the asset by executing timely work on plant equipment in a safe and environmentally sound manner, within quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

	<li>Supervises daily operation or task functions including customer liaison, preparation of the operation and maintenance planning and execution of plan.</li>

	<li>Receives and carries out trip itineraries, instructions and pertinent details regarding transportation mission assigned for the day;</li>
	<li>Cleans, inspects and maintains assigned vehicle to ensure that the vehicle is in good running condition so that it will reach its destination and return to the office trouble free;</li>

1. Maintains general cleanliness and orderliness in JIRO by cleaning the kitchen area, the bar and the dining area - sanitizing countertops, wiping the tables clean, arranging the chairs, sweeping and mopping the floors and maintaining the cleanliness of the store 
throughout the operations; 
2. Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils and other cooking equipment; 
3. Assists in the food preparation by preparing the ingredients and doing mise en place; 
4. Serves coffee, other beverages and food to customers; 
5. Does the marketing of ingredients (raw materials and dry goods) from selected stores 
whenever required; 
6. Runs errands as may be assigned and authorized by the Operations Manager, 
7. Keeps track of the inventory of ingredients and cleaning and packaging materials; 
8. Complies with health and safety regulations by maintaining a sanitized and orderly work 
environment in JIRO before, during and after operations which includes regularly 
scheduled deep cleaning, proper pest control by setting up of traps; 
9. Sees to it that equipment operate properly and reports to the Operations Manager any 
damaged equipment that need prompt fixing; 
10. Provides good customer service to the customers; 
11. Stays informed and knowledgeable about menu offering; and 
12. Takes stewardship of the kitchen and bar utensils and equipment.
