Our end-to-end medicine/vaccine programs, telehealth services, and onsite medical staff serve a million Filipinos every year. The Mental Health Counselor facilitates programs to improve the mental health and well-being of clients. 
 
Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Ensure that consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, and develop holistic mental health interventions for clients</li>
	<li>Coordinate with the Mental Health team and company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program</li>
	<li>Assess clients’ mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling</li>
	<li>Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to further develop current systems</li>
