The Company Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of Goldmunzen, Inc. goods to and from their destination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

A. Operational

1. Ensures that goods are delivered to the right client at the right time and place.

2. Delivers and collects samples from clients.

3. Performs tasks that affect the delivery process such as but not limited to the following:

- Preparation of necessary forms

- Complete required forms for delivery

- Safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods 

- Inventory audit of goods for delivery 

- Safety of goods, equipment and people within the delivery vehicle

-Arrangement of goods in the delivery vehicle

4. Responsible for the integrity, confidentiality and safe handling of documents related to the delivery process. 

5. Efficiently and immediately files the necessary reports and documents to the Warehouse Supervisor not later than one (1) week after delivery.

6. Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor on a weekly basis all the significant aspects of delivery including but not limited to: goods that have been received and delivered, accidents or product spillage, equipment status/breakdowns, maintenance concerns/records, product concerns, customer recommendations/complaints, etc.

7. Perform additional tasks that contribute to the accomplishment of the organization’s objectives.

 

B. Vehicle Management

1. Responsible for the maintenance of the Goldmunzen, Inc. delivery vehicle thru such activities as, but not limited to:

a. Weekly cleaning

b. Monitoring of schedule of vehicle maintenance check

2. Ensures the efficient and effective use of Goldmunzen, Inc. resources during delivery thru and not limited to: 

a. Managing fuel consumption

b. Effective scheduling of delivery

c. Efficient use of vehicle space during delivery

3. Develops and implements cost-efficient ways to conduct warehouse procedures, subject to the approval of management.

4. Coordinates with the Delivery Assistant and Warehouse Supervisor in the development, monitoring and evaluation of plans to promote the efficiency of delivery.

Under the supervision of the Employee Capability and Development Assistant Director, the Employee Capability and Development Officer III will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs from onboarding and socialization, learning and development, performance, promotion, career, and succession.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Employee Capability and Development Needs Assessment

<ul>
	<li>Conducts employee capability and development (e.g., performance, learning, career, promotion, and succession, etc.) needs assessment, utilizing the most appropriate data gathering and validation methodologies.</li>
	<li>Drafts a needs assessment plans, after due consultation and understanding of the organizational needs and review of literature.</li>
	<li>Drafts questionnaires and/or data gathering guide to facilitate the sessions.</li>
	<li>Conducts data gathering, which includes primary and secondary data sources.</li>
	<li>Builds network with various vendors for possible partnership to develop and improve learning methods.</li>
</ul>

Employee Monitoring, Mobility, and Placement

<ul>
	<li>Analyzes employee profile trends, in coordination with the other sections in the OPT&amp;OD.</li>
	<li>Monitors the status of the internal candidates on a regular basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.)</li>

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 
I. Program Design Development and Management 
• Leads the process of conceptualization, development, and customization of 
courses that are responsive to the specific requirements of the firms and 
industry sectors, and are aligned with the thrust and objectives of GSB CCE 
 
• Partners with clients to understand their needs, providing inputs and

recommendations regarding program customization that meet present and long- 
term needs

• Comes up with new programs and course offerings based on the learning 
needs/requirements of the clients and target participants and to address 
emerging needs 
• In collaboration with the Program Sales and Marketing Section, provides 
recommendations about the positioning strategy and the specific target market 
segments/ niches for each program/course 
• Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing Head in the preparation of the 
annual promotion plan and provides input for the marketing budget needed

II. Program Management and Evaluation 
• Oversees the process in maintaining the quality of programs, ensuring that the 
programs meet the objectives and expectations of participants 
▪ Ensures that programs and courses are regularly reviewed and updated 
as necessary 
• Reviews and approves the schedule of public courses across all campuses 
including the timely offering of programs, courses, and activities 
• Reviews and endorses partnership agreements (e.g. MOAs, program 
mechanics and requirements, etc.), and submits to the Executive Director for 
approval 
• Endorses and approves financial-related transactions related to program 
development, and checks that liquidation reports are processed and submitted 
on time

III. Partnerships Building and Management

• Spearheads the process of identification of suitable resource persons, potential 
industry organizations, academic institutions, and training providers to create 
partnerships to provide more programs to serve the market 
• Collaborates with partners for trendspotting, new program developments, and 
monitoring of program content quality, delivery, and resource persons’ 
performance

IV. Team Supervision and Section Management 
• Supervises, monitors, and evaluates direct reports 
• Sets the direction of the Section, and determines its operational goals in alignment 
with the Center’s goals 
• Ensures that members of the Section are up to date with best practices, University 
and industry developments, and government regulations as may be applicable
