As a Collector (Non Voice), you are responsible for performing collections activities through attending to routers filed in CRM using the bank’s tools and devices and documents all transactions into the collections system. The Company Nurse is a vital member of the organization's healthcare team, responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to employees, fostering a safe and healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. This role involves a combination of clinical expertise, health promotion, and administrative support.

Medical Care and Treatment:

<ul>
	<li>Provide first aid, emergency care, and administer over-the-counter medications to employees for minor illnesses and injuries.</li>
	<li>Assess and triage employee health concerns, making appropriate referrals to healthcare professionals as needed.</li>
	<li>Conduct pre-employment and annual physical examinations, ensuring employees meet health requirements for their roles.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees, adhering to data privacy regulations.</li>

Health Promotion and Wellness:

As a Call Center Agent, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping patients understand their healthcare benefits and enrolling them in disease management programs. You will also work with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience.

You will be required to meet call quotas in this role.

Key Responsibilities
