	<li>This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of internal financial analysis for all business unit initiatives and helps provide key insights to management on maximizing profits and return on investments</li>
	<li>Also responsible for coordinating the activities with the financial planning team to provide a more holistic financial perspective to management. Liaises with all departments and prepares documents related to loan covenant compliance and monitoring.</li>
	<li>Prepares investment financial analyses as well as ensure its accuracy and timely submission to management, internal and external users.</li>
	<li>Prepares pre and post-mortem analyses on investment initiatives and ensures accuracy and timeliness based on set deadlines.</li>
	<li>Assists the project managers in creating financial analysis of potential capital investments</li>
	<li>Creates financial models and sensitivity analysis to formulate financial results and determine viability of potential events, business plans and strategic initiatives</li>
	<li>Prepares cash forecasts and other related reports required by the banks and lenders</li>
	<li>Prepares transfer/withdrawal requests and instructions relating to WaterFall Account on a timely basis</li>
	<li>Prepares payment requests in a required payment modes and currencies to the banks based on complete and correct set of Accounts Payable (APV) package</li>

Investment Planning Specialist

<ul>
	<li>Engage with clients via chat, email, and phone to facilitate timely monthly subscription renewal payments</li>
	<li>Follow up on pending payments and provide gentle reminders to clients</li>
	<li>Collect proof of payments and accurately record transactions in the client database</li>
	<li>Assist in generating invoices and quotations based on client requests</li>
	<li>Address client inquiries regarding accounts, payment history, subscriptions, availed package details, and other finance-related matters</li>
	<li>Prepare and distribute Statements of Account to clients monthly via email</li>
	<li>Conduct regular calls to clients and maintain open lines of communication</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and cascade necessary information as needed</li>
	<li>Contribute to the upkeep and accuracy of the client database, financial transactions, payment trackers, etc.</li>
	<li>Participate in tracking and monitoring financial performance, KPIs, churn, competitor activity, and the like to identify strategic opportunities for financial and operational growth as well as client acquisition and retention</li>
