The Tech Pack Specialist plays a crucial role in product development and production processes by assembling and maintaining comprehensive technical packages (tech packs) that guide manufacturing apparel or other products. The primary responsibilities include:

The Computer Technician provides technical support on hardware and software through maintenance and repair. 
 

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Configures company devices and guides users in operating all company-related software and equipment</li>
	<li>Monitors, orders, and assigns computer supplies</li>
	<li>Facilitates repairs and upgrades on various devices such as laptops, mobile phones, printers, and CCTVs</li>
	<li>Maintains repair logs and maintenance schedules</li>
	<li>Guides users on how to operate new software and computer equipment</li>
