As an Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in making sure daily tasks run smoothly, improving how we work, and ensuring great interactions with our customers. This role gives you a unique chance to help develop our in-house software, find patterns, solve problems, and make valuable suggestions to improve our systems. Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and providing clear, concise guidance.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support documentation for upper management.

Collaborate with our tech team to evaluate system issues and recommend enhancements

Provide support to customers for technical issues related to our app, guiding them to successful resolutions.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest innovative solutions.
