	<li>Develop a Guidance Program in accordance with SFS and the Academic Department’s objectives</li>
	<li>Deliver the different guidance services such as counseling, testing, inventory, information, placement, evaluation and research, and group guidance as needed by the students</li>

Student Affairs Management

HSEQ Inspector

Vessel accountant is responsible for completing monthly, quarterly, and annual close for Operating expenses (OPEX) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local requirements added to Group’s internal procedures and controls. 

 

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

 

Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close (65%)

1. Core Functions

<ul>
	<li>Performs various types of testing on the Core Applications, associated utilities/facilities, FAS, and Connectivity Projects such as, but not limited to, Sanity (one-pass) Testing, Functional, Regression, Co-Existence, Migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on Test / Model environments, and documents test results by filling out of the Release Forms;</li>
	<li>Uses software-testing tools to improve and automate the testing process cycle;</li>
	<li>Performs type approval testing for hardware and third-party software on functionality, compatibility/reliability and performance of such with Core Applications, FAS, and Connectivity Projects, and documents test results by preparing the SQA Test Report Form;</li>
	<li>Identifies, verifies and validates required test documents, and reports defects to the Sr. SQA Engineer / SQA Engineer for review;</li>
	<li>Monitors and follows-up status of reported defects with Applications Development Analysts/Web Applications Development Analysts until its closure, and prepares the Release Forms for documentation;</li>
	<li>Identifies, verifies and validates required test documents and reports requirement clarifications to the Sr. SQA Engineer / SQA Engineer for review;</li>
	<li> Identifies, verifies and validates required test documents and reports hardware incompatibility issues or other hardware related issues to the Sr. Technical QA Engineer for review and recommendation;</li>
	<li>Replicates production/site-reported errors or issues in QA-test environments with detailed step by step procedures and screenshots provided;</li>
	<li>Escalates application issues to Sr. SQA Engineer / SQA Engineer and hardware issues or those that are related to incompatibility, reliability and hardware functionality to Sr. Technical QA Engineer;</li>
	<li>Checks parameter values/variables used by Applications Development Analysts/Web Applications Development Analysts in the Request for System Update (RSU) scripts to ensure correctness of data update once it gets implemented; and,</li>
	<li>Creates and prepares the SQA testing reports, Build Status reports, monthly module accomplishments and other QA-related ad-hoc reports, and submits the said reports to the Sr. SQA Engineer / SQA Engineer.</li>
