About the Role: As a Customer Service Associate (Insurance), you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

	<li>Review completeness and compliance of all documents received.</li>
	<li>Verify accuracy of agent and license information.</li>
	<li>Analyze information to determine proper handling of work.</li>
	<li>Encode agent, license and commission information in the system accurately.</li>
	<li>Update existing agent record in the system, if needed.</li>
	<li>Create and post correspondences, if needed.</li>
	<li>Identify the next process based on the workflow and create necessary transactions.</li>
	<li>Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by Team Leader, Manager, Director.</li>
