The Test and Diagnostics Supervisor will be responsible to oversee and coordinate electrical testing and diagnostic activities across Hedcor group. As the Electrical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical systems and equipment are properly maintained, tested, and repaired to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.

	<li>Reviews and ensures all engineering drawings, electrical assessment and cost estimates are in accordance to project definition, design standards, codes and completeness.</li>
	<li>Ensures all electrical designs meet the safety requirements.</li>
	<li>Gives inputs in the preparation of electrical plans and estimates on Potential Projects including improvements / expansion of existing plants.</li>
	<li>Reviews results of field activity report of Electrical Engineers from Preliminary, Feasibility, Detailed Engineering and Construction.</li>
	<li>Reviews results of studies on technical problems of O&amp;M and other departments which needs electrical assistance.</li>
	<li>Assists in the installation of electrical equipment of new and existing plants.</li>
	<li>Suggests improvements on electrical matters.</li>
	<li>Assists in the preparation of annual budgets.</li>
	<li>Implements electrical activities on time, on schedule and on budget.</li>
	<li>Plans and schedules projects, estimates time and materials, supervises team, maintains records and files and prepares reports.</li>
	<li>Recommends technical solutions to problems concerning to the installation, modification and repair of electrical systems.</li>
	<li>Recommends procedure revisions when necessary to fully utilize assigned personnel and equipment.</li>
	<li>Attends coordination &amp; other project meetings to provide necessary planning &amp; design information to address any planning &amp; design issues.</li>
	<li>Monitors progress and updates all related electrical projects.</li>
	<li>Reviews and updates Design Standard Handbooks and Procedures.</li>
	<li>Evaluates man-hour requirements for completion of tasks.</li>
	<li>Recommends measures to improve productivity and performance, and quality to its team members.</li>
	<li>Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.</li>
	<li>Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assist team members in solving work problems.</li>
	<li>Provides consistent, timely and high quality work.</li>

Electrical Test and Diagnostics Supervisor | For Pangasinan or Central Luzon

The PV Maintenance Engineer is the principal member of the O&amp;M services staff and, as such, assists the Plant Engineer in the operation and service functions of the PV plant delegated to them. The primary responsibility of the PV Maintenance Engineer is for the maintenance services, execution, inspection, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of the work safely, with quality, and within schedule and budget objectives. The PV Maintenance Engineer also ensures that all engineering disciplines are met with the customer criteria and its scope of work. The PV Maintenance Engineer is functionally reporting to the Plant Engineer.

 

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Performing daily operation or task management functions as delegated by the Plant Engineer, including customer liaison, coordination of technicals, assisting the Plant Engineer in PV plant initiation activities, and in preparation of the operation and maintenance planning.</li>
	<li>Meetings, general PV plant operation, maintenance, inspection, supervision, and coordination.</li>
	<li>Monitor and report PV plant operations, and preventive, and corrective maintenance activities against schedule and plan.</li>
	<li>Executing maintenance activities to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work and quality objectives of the PV plant.</li>
	<li>Coordinating all technical reviews both with stakeholders and internally within the PV plant.</li>
	<li>Regularly provides clear reports to management and clients.</li>
	<li>Effective communication with the operations team, OEM, and third parties regarding technical and operational specification and requirements of the solar PV power plant.</li>
	<li>Accurate, timely, and effective reporting to the Plant Engineer.</li>
</ul>
