Aboitiz Power Generation Group

Will be responsible for performing and accomplishing the necessary activities required to establish and strengthen stakeholder engagement, relationship and support in order to accomplish identified business requirements and wins, such as, but not limited to acquisition of various permits needed for the existing plants/plant expansion; expansion of lands for permanent and temporary facilities; resolution of community issues.

<ul>
	<li>Represents the liaison department in public consultations, meetings, and forums.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with various agencies such as NCIP, DENR, and LGUs for the acquisition of the permits required for existing plants.</li>
	<li>Facilitates the acquisition of land for plant expansion projects including temporary facilities needed during the construction phase.</li>
	<li>Attends to complaints and problems encountered in the field.</li>
	<li>Negotiates with landowners regarding complaints aired by internal and external customers directly or indirectly affected by the project/ power plant and its system.</li>
	<li>Analyzes complaints, petitions, and/or requests affecting the existing plants; and facilitates internal meetings for the speedy resolution of concerns.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with the concerned governmental offices, officials, and personnel the complaints and problems affecting the project implementation or plant operations.</li>
	<li>Facilitates and negotiates for the renewal of Lease Contracts.</li>
	<li>Facilitates the mortgage registration of all Lease Contracts as maybe required by the lenders.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with government entities concerned (i.e. required inspections for permits and clearance purposes).</li>
	<li>Coordinates with other departments for the necessary information or assistance required for the preparation and processing of permits and clearances and/or for the early resolution of complaints and problems.</li>
	<li>Provides continuous service to host communities (attend special events).</li>
</ul>

External Relations Supervisor | For Olongapo

Will be the principal member of the O&amp;M services staff and, as such, assists the Plant Supervisor in the operation and service functions of the PV plant delegated to them. The primary responsibility of the Plant Engineer is for the operation and maintenance services, development, execution, inspection, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of the work safely, with quality, and within schedule and budget objectives. The Engineer also ensures that all engineering disciplines are met according to customer criteria and scope of work.

	<li>Performing daily operation or task management functions as delegated by the Plant Supervisor, including customer liaison, coordination of technical Assisting the Plant Supervisor in PV plant initiation activities and in preparation of the operation and maintenance planning.</li>
	<li>Meetings, general PV plant operation, maintenance, inspection, supervision, and coordination.</li>
	<li>Control, monitor, and report PV plant operation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance against schedule and plan.</li>
	<li>Managing operation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work and quality objectives of the PV plant.</li>
	<li>Coordinating all technical reviews both with stakeholders and internally within the PV plant.</li>
	<li>Ensures communications management in the organization.</li>
	<li>Regularly provides clear reports to management and clients.</li>
	<li>Effective communication with the operations team, vendor, and third parties.</li>
	<li>Accurate, timely, and effective reporting to the Plant Supervisor.</li>
</ul>

Plant Engineer | For Olongapo

Will be responsible for the safe and efficient daily operation of the plant, reliable delivery of energy, and upkeep of the whole site. Leads the technicians in assuring the good condition of the asset by executing timely work on plant equipment in a safe and environmentally sound manner, within quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

	<li>Supervises daily operation or task functions including customer liaison, preparation of the operation and maintenance planning and execution of plan.</li>
	<li>Responsible for attaining the site related targets with respect to the generation, up time, safety and technical development of the site.</li>
	<li>General PV plant operation, maintenance, inspection, supervision and coordination.</li>
	<li>Control, monitor and report PV plant operation, preventive and corrective maintenance against schedule and plan.</li>
	<li>Supervises operation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with the Scope of Work and quality objectives of PV plants. </li>
	<li>Coordinates all technical reviews both with stakeholders and internally within the PV plant. </li>
	<li>Ensures Communications Management in the organization. </li>
	<li>Regularly provides clear reports to Plant Manager and Management</li>
	<li>Effectively communicates with the design team, related organizations, vendor and third parties.</li>
