Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in PR, tech, and international sales, with a proven track record of generating revenue and building lasting client relationships. This role is critical to driving NettResults’ 10x growth strategy by securing high-value clients, particularly within the tech sector, and expanding our presence across key global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition &amp; Business Development

<ul>
	<li>Proactively identify, target, and engage potential tech clients who seek PR support in the Middle East and international markets.</li>
	<li>Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, with a focus on tech companies in the U.S. looking to expand into the Middle East or globally.</li>
	<li>Develop customized sales presentations and pitches, communicating NettResults’ unique value proposition to prospective clients.</li>
</ul>

2. Relationship Management

<ul>
	<li>Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for international PR and market expansion.</li>
	<li>Work closely with clients to understand their strategic goals, industry challenges, and regional expansion needs.</li>
	<li>Provide consistent, high-quality follow-up and touchpoints, ensuring a positive experience for each potential client.</li>
</ul>

3. Market Research &amp; Strategy Development

<ul>
	<li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and key decision-makers within tech verticals that align with NettResults’ service offerings.</li>
	<li>Work with company leadership to develop a targeted sales strategy that prioritizes high-margin, high-impact clients.</li>
	<li>Stay updated on trends in PR, technology, and international business to inform and refine sales approaches.</li>
</ul>

4. Collaboration &amp; Cross-functional Support

<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with the PR and client services teams to align sales efforts with service offerings and ensure seamless handoffs of new clients.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with marketing to develop and refine materials that support the sales process, such as case studies, presentations, and proposals.</li>
	<li>Report on sales performance, market insights, and potential growth areas, contributing to strategic planning with company leadership.</li>

5. Revenue Growth &amp; Goal Attainment

<ul>
	<li>Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, with a strong focus on high-value contracts that align with NettResults’ mission and 10x growth goals.</li>
	<li>Develop and execute strategic account plans for each targeted client, aiming to increase their investment and engagement over time.</li>
	<li>Track and report on all sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue goals through regular updates and CRM tools.</li>

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees, leads and performs audit Tasks such as Financial, Operational, Tax Compliance, and Risk Management Processes

Assesses the control environment of each member company

Prepares Audit Reports and reviews those submitted by his/her staff before submission

Participates in the budget planning process and prepares the budget of the department for approval by management

Handles inquiries, concerns, and complaints on various Internal Audit services, policies, and procedures
