We are looking for individuals who can evangelize the idea that productive work can be done from anywhere! Right now businesses are spending billions on larger than necessary workspaces. The pandemic has forced businesses to consider work-from-home arrangements, but businesses are struggling to see this as a sustainable and productive way to move forward.

Squadzip is the Digital Extension of the Office, a platform that serves as a central reporting hub for all types of customer interactions, face-to-face interactions, video calls, voice calls, messaging, and more. We are looking for a few, energetic, driven individuals to help us spread this movement across the world.

Squadzip's Product Management team are considered the keepers of our product. Product Management Associates play a critical role in the organization. Among these responsibilities are the following:

	<li>Ownership of customer support and product quality testing functions.</li>
	<li>Ideating new product ideas and strategies.</li>
	<li>Researching new technologies, market trends</li>
	<li>Provide customer support to Squadzip customers and enterprises on trial.</li>
	<li>Provide support to Customer Success, Business Development and Marketing as a product expert both in the office and in the field.</li>
	<li>Gather data from customers and existing prospective customers to validate product roadmap, ideas, and assumptions.</li>
	<li>Working with development team to manage development timelines</li>
	<li>Building content to support external customers</li>

Product Management Associate

Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities: 
Under the supervision of the Construction Management Head, the Senior Construction Management Officer I serves as Project Manager of assigned construction and renovation projects, from design development review to post-construction. 
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Design Development Review

<ul>
	<li>Reviews building plans, details and specifications with the Planning and Design Section, Project Proponent, Facilities and Utilities Group during the regular Technical Workshops / Design Plan Layering, to ensure project feasibility and to identify opportunities for value engineering, architecture and engineering optimization</li>
	<li>Develops a roadmap of project activities, deliverables, and timelines (i.e. Gantt chart/S-Curve), encompassing pre-construction, procurement, project implementation and turnover to aid construction efforts</li>
	<li>Informs supervisor of result of design peer review and evaluation</li>
</ul>

II. Construction Bidding

<ul>
	<li>Advises Central Purchasing Office (CPO) on eligibility of contractors in aid of pre-qualification and shortlisting of suppliers and contractors</li>
	<li>Prepares and consolidates bidding requirements (e.g. bid documentation, approved plans, specifications, terms of reference, instruction to bidders, and project timelines)</li>
	<li>Coordinates with CPO on pre-qualification and shortlisting of supplies/contractors, bidding activities, and schedules</li>
	<li>Advises participants in pre-bid conference and issues bid bulletins, plan revisions and other instruction to bidders</li>
	<li>Reports on the technical evaluation, analysis, recommendation on bids and proposals with the Ateneo Project Team (APT)</li>
</ul>

III. Pre-Construction and Mobilization

<ul>
	<li>Leads pre-construction meetings with the project owner and stakeholders, conducts regular project progress reports based on the project timelines</li>
	<li>Establishes project features, i.e. protocols and control parameters, reporting systems, and project meeting schedules</li>
	<li>Informs winning contractor/suppliers of project brief</li>
	<li>Arranges for the payment of the contractor/suppliers down-payment requests, including evaluation of required bonds and insurances for approval of the Section Head</li>
</ul>

IV. Project Management

<ul>
	<li>Implements project monitoring and control, including but not limited to the following:
	<ul>
		<li>Manages contractors and suppliers to meet work and delivery schedules for manpower and equipment deployment, fabrication, and material and supplies deliveries</li>
		<li>Controls quality of methods, procedures and workmanship of all contractors and suppliers, and, as warranted, discusses with the Planning and Design Section, and APT the interpretation of drawings, specifications, and other construction documents</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Implements cost management and control of the project</li>
	<li>Arranges for testing and commissioning (including pre-operational checks) trial runs and performance tests up to acceptance for its intended purpose, and familiarization procedures for owner or representatives</li>
	<li>Updates and oversees safekeeping of project records for turnover to the project owner, at the conclusion of the project</li>
</ul>

V. Post- Construction

<ul>
	<li>Monitors completion of activities in the punch list</li>
	<li>Reports on cost summaries and items for follow up and review to the APT during the post construction project evaluation</li>
	<li>Evaluates technical documents of completed works (drawings, equipment manuals and other documents)</li>
	<li>Transfers a) project information, documentation, warranties and DLP to the Post Construction and Building Care Group, and b) project records to the project owner</li>
