	<li>Coordinates with the Academic Affairs Support Officer and/or the Assistant to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs on the schedule of classes and faculty assignments</li>

PAFCPIC stands for the Philippine Army Finance Center Producers Integrated Cooperative, affectionately referred to by its members as "PAPSI". PAFCPIC is a multi-awarded cooperative offering financial services through deposits and loans to its members serving in the Armed Forces of the Philippines.   

Its membership consists of military and civilian personnel (both active and retired) of the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy and Philippine Air Force, as well as their immediate dependents. With its current membership totalling more than 120,000 members, its main office is located along Bayani Road in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City and has 25 satellite offices across the country – 13 in Luzon, 5 in Visayas and 7 in Mindanao. 

PAFCPIC is the first institution-based category winner of Gawad para sa Pinakatanging Kooperatiba (Gawad PITAK) of the Land Bank of the Philippines in 2004. It was the first cooperative recognized for Family Welfare and Community Development in 2004 and for Labor-Management Relations in 2013 under the Search for Model Companies by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Center for Industrial Competitiveness. It was also the first cooperative to have been bestowed the Philippine Quality Challenge Level 2 Award in 2015 by the DTI Competitiveness Bureau in partnership with the Philippine Society for Quality Inc.

1. Safe keeps and monitors inventory of office supplies, equipment, blank &amp; issued 
passbooks, ID cards, Share Certificates, and other assets of the Satellite and 
Liaison Offices. 
2. Prepares purchase requisition form, purchase order form, and other requirements 
of the Satellite and Liaison Office. 
3. Releases loan incentives to qualified recipients. 
4. Renders clerical, logistic, and administrative support to all activities of the Satellite 
and Liaison Offices. 
5. Handles incoming and outgoing communications of the office. 
6. Attends to the leasing requirements of tenants. 
7. Facilitates the conduct of an in-house survey. 
8. Prepares periodic reports. 
9. Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.

Office Assistant

“CHINOY TV” is the only Philippine-based television program that features the Chinese heritage and how it harmonizes with the Filipino culture. We believe that the Chinese aspect, in particular, should be elaborated more than overlooked. Thus, we continue to commit ourselves in fulfilling our mission specifically in:

To do these, we have invited young, dynamic Chinoys like athlete-turned-TV personality Gretchen Ho and formerly, Chris Tiu, who are both figures of inspiration to the community, to help us explore lifestyle and other relevant stories of Chinoy entrepreneurs and their businesses, as well as on health and wellness and recent events. From May to July 2016, we have successfully spearheaded the third Mr. and Ms. Chinatown pageant which aims to search for Chinoys who would serve as role models to the youth. We have also consistently led Chinese themed events that highlight the best of Chinese traditional arts and culture for all kinds of audience to learn and appreciate. Chinoy TV airs every Saturday 8pm on ANC

	<li>Act as the records custodian for HR, ensuring confidentiality of information. (from filing. retrieval and disposal). Implement necessary risk management measures like redundancy, proper storage and compliance with the Data Privacy Act.</li>
