	<li>Ensures that the clients are regularly apprised of the progress and challenges of the project</li>
	<li>Serves as the project’s first responder, whenever there are delays and changes in the project, or concerns in the project site, and coordinates it with pertinent people for action. </li>
	<li>Ensures the regular submission of progress reports, including cost estimation to the Director and the client. </li>
	<li>Implements project monitoring and control, including but not limited to the following:</li>
	<li>Manages contractors and suppliers to meet work and delivery schedules for manpower and equipment deployment, fabrication, and material and supplies deliveries</li>
	<li>Controls quality of methods, procedures and workmanship of all contractors and suppliers, and, as warranted, discusses with the Planning and Design Section and APT the interpretation of drawings, specifications and other construction documents</li>
</ul>

Post Construction Stage

<ul>
	<li>Monitors completion of activities in the punch list</li>
	<li>Reports cost summaries and items for follow up and review to the APT during the post construction project evaluation</li>
</ul>

Performs other duties as may be required by the immediate supervisor and/or authorized representatives.
