A. Operational

- Preparation of necessary forms

B. Vehicle Management

1. Responsible for the maintenance of the Goldmunzen, Inc. delivery vehicle thru such activities as, but not limited to:

a. Weekly cleaning

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Social Media Strategist who can develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for the leading real estate website development company in North America and its related brands. It will be the SMS’ top drivers to steadily build brand awareness, drive client engagement, and open avenues for lead generation across multiple social platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

	<li>Develop and execute social media strategies</li>
</ol>

Create and implement engaging content calendars, campaigns, and strategies across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives. 
 

2. Content creation, direction and curation 
Develop high-quality, original social media content in collaboration with the marketing team for copy and creative. Curate relevant industry content to share with target audiences.

3. Community management 
Monitor follower activity and engage directly with followers, responding to comments and messages, and working on proactive strategies to grow the online community. 
 

4. Social media analytics &amp; reporting 
Track key social media metrics, and generate regular reports on social media activity and lead generation. Ability to present data in a visual format and articulate reports to brand stakeholders in cross-department meetings. 
 

5. Collaboration 
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Work alongside paid marketing teams to study campaign performance and identify opportunities to boost organic posting efforts. Flexibility to coordinate across timezones when needed for event-centered content. 
 

6. Stay up-to-date 
Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Monitor competitor activity, serve as the team’s first responder to emerging viral posts, and be a listener to insights gathered from the social media community and the broader industry sphere.

Social Media Strategist

Oversees the University’s overall sourcing and procurement strategy of all products and services required by the University. The Director is responsible for finding, obtaining, and negotiating competitively priced resources that provide the most value.

	<li>Keeps track of updates and developments within the University, and anticipates wide-scale services and large scale purchases of goods that will be needed by the University.</li>
	<li>Builds and sustains strategic and mutual partnerships with key stakeholders within the University and suppliers and vendors of goods and services.</li>

	<li>Oversees the dispute resolution process of major transactions, especially on major improvement and major construction.</li>

	<li>Sets the Office’s strategic goals, metrics, and policy directions, ensuring that they are aligned with the University’s overall direction.</li>
	<li>Oversees the formulation, administration, and evaluation of Office policies and systems, and provides inputs for the development of general cluster policies</li>
	<li>Continuously monitors and evaluates the Office’s processes, systems, and practices to ensure the quality and timeliness of service delivery, operational efficiency, adaptiveness of programs, and risk mitigation and management.</li>
	<li>Oversees the preparation of a comprehensive budget that would support the objectives and operations of the Office.</li>
	<li>Conducts financial needs assessment, forecasting expenditures, and identifying areas for budget allocation.</li>
	<li>Ensures that the Office operates within the approved budget and that generated funds are administered according to University guidelines.</li>
	<li>Identifies and manages funding agencies ensuring the sustainability of the Office’s services.</li>
	<li>Determines the staffing requirements of the Office for organizational management and program delivery, and oversees hiring, assessment, and evaluation processes accordingly.</li>
	<li>Sets performance targets and conducts performance assessments of direct reports to gauge individual contributions, provides constructive feedback for growth and development, and provides development opportunities</li>
	<li>Ensures business continuity by institutionalizing a succession plan and career mobility within the Office.</li>
