Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:

The Engineering Management Assistant is responsible in supporting the development of Renewable Energy (hydro, solar, wind, etc.), New Technologies and Thermal Projects to generate additional and new capacity for Aboitiz Power and to ensure the ‘fitness for purpose’ of the civil, mechanical and electrical assets of the existing operating Renewable Plants. Develop Product Mastery: Fully understand and document the features, configurations, options, pricing, and competitive positioning of assigned products. Continually assess market trends, clinical applications, and customer needs to stay informed on new developments.

Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales staff to provide the insights and tools necessary to promote assigned products effectively. Actively encourage and assist sales teams to drive product sales through ongoing support, training sessions, and persuasive presentations.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitive products and market data, including installed base statistics, to position products optimally in the market and support sales strategies.

Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver convincing product presentations tailored to management, colleagues, sales teams, and customers, fostering interest and engagement with the product.

Marketing Support: Assist during company marketing initiatives, such as trade exhibits, field promotions, and other activities, to showcase the product’s value and drive customer interest.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide service marketing and administrative support, ensuring cohesive alignment across departments to boost overall product success.

Training and Development: Attend all relevant training and seminars, both locally and internationally, to ensure product knowledge remains current and competitive.

Leadership in Product Marketing: Take charge of marketing activities directly related to the assigned product, coordinating with other teams to amplify product reach.

Additional Duties: Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative support functions as needed to drive product growth.

Product Specialist

The position holder is responsible for the establishment, implementation, assessment and continuous improvement of the Company’s organizational planning, performance and value delivery, and risk management framework to help the Company achieve its objectives, and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and protocols, including but not limited to external and internal communications, and confidentiality and security of corporate information. Considering a bird’s eye view of the Company, the position holder may also be asked to provide targeted support to and oversight over strategic initiatives, process and systems set up/transformation that address major gaps/opportunities related to the Company’s objectives.

Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:

Organizational Planning, Performance, and Operational Risk Management Governance

	<li>Researches, analyzes, and implements conceptual frameworks on operational planning, project portfolio, and performance management.</li>
	<li>Leads the identification and analysis of opportunities and gaps for the improvement and strengthening of the strategic management and risk maturity of the business unit.</li>

Organizational and Project Portfolio Planning:

<ul>
	<li>Guides and initiates the operational planning workshops of ARI, as well as administers the access rights to confidential documents and information that serve as planning inputs.</li>
	<li>Integrates multiple concepts and information, and synthesizes the same relative to affected ARI stakeholders.</li>

Organizational and Project Portfolio Performance Management:

<ul>
	<li>Gathers CSU performance and conducts periodic qualified analysis of homogenous performance metrics for exception reporting.</li>
	<li>Leads the maintenance and improvement of the Enterprise Management System</li>
	<li>Designs, executes, and circulates the results of the Internal Customer Satisfaction Survey (ICSS)</li>
</ul>

Operational and Project Risk Management

<ul>
	<li>Leads and facilitates operational and project risk assessments (identification, analysis, and evaluation, risk treatment planning) of ARI CSUs or project teams, as well as reviews and challenges risk owners and relevant parties to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of operational/project risk management plans.</li>
	<li>Gathers and analyzes operation and project risks, as well as foresee potential risks.</li>
	<li>Performs risk analysis and engages subject matter experts in validating the assessment and corresponding risk treatments of ARI. CSUs or project teams.</li>
</ul>

Data Privacy:

<ul>
	<li>Serves as the contact person and monitors ARI’s compliance with the Data Privacy Act.</li>
	<li>Reports to the AP Corporate DPO the compliance status with the Data Privacy Act as may be needed by internal and external requirements, but not less than once a year.</li>
</ul>

Decision Support

<ul>
	<li>Researches relevant industry information, prepares management reports, and delivers management presentations to assist in the decision-making.</li>
	<li>Supports the ARI Management in terms of the decision-making processes.</li>
</ul>

Building Capability

	<li>Design, develops, and implements training programs to build and strengthen organizational planning, project portfolio and performance management capability throughout the organization.</li>
</ul>

Special Strategic Initiatives and Business Process Improvements

<ul>
	<li>Provide targeted support to and oversight over strategic initiatives, process and systems set up/transformation that address major gaps/opportunities related to the Company’s objectives</li>
</ul>

Corporate Planning and Business Performance Specialist

-Provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance for assigned products and accounts in a field-based role.

-Conduct on-site product evaluations, installations, and demonstrations. Deliver exceptional customer training and support.

-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption.

-With valid driver's license is preferred for this role due to potential travel requirements for on-site customer support and product installations.
