Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of an organization’s physical infrastructure and facilities of the company. This includes ensuring the workplace is safe, functional, and well-maintained for employees, clients, and visitors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as Deputy of Facilities Department and Officer-In-Charge in the absence of the Property Manager
- Implement repairs and maintenance-related concern of all properties of the company and the owner
- Responsible for daily maintenance, inspection, monitoring and operation of the common area including all machineries and equipment of specific properties to ensure uninterrupted service to the company and tenants
- Handle technical problems and concern's of the company's tenants and company-owned buildings
- Provide technical support to ensure timely compliance of building permits and other regulatory requirements
- Assist the property manager on reportorial requirements in DENR relation to Pollution Control Officer responsibility
- Ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance program of properties of the company
- Provides recommendation for special projects and improvements of company properties
- In charge of project implementation and completion
- Review signing of plans, designs and other documents related to his/her field or area of expertise
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related course
- Passed engineering licensure exam
- With at least two (2) to 3 three years of related work experience
- Knowledgeable in formulation and implementation of a 52 week preventive maintenance program for the following but not limited to elevator, STP, genset, FDAS, APSS, FACP, Solar panel system, pumps, air compressor etc.
- Knowledgeable in project handling (civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing for outsource project
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other engineering software's is an advantage but not a must
- Knowledgeable in processing regulatory requirements and permits
