The position holder is responsible for providing studies and analytics that will support in assessing and mitigating the commercial risks associated with the portfolio contracting strategies as a whole and individually. The position is also responsible for managing the revenue modelling process and the optimization of gross margin in coordination with the RE Gen BUs and translating the strategy into financials. The Tax and Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for Tax compliance and management, Board of Investments (BOI), statutory reporting to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulatory bodies. The incumbent is also responsible for the recovery of Input Value-Added Tax (VAT) and for the provision of financial reports to other concerned departments for the purpose of regulatory compliance [SEC, BIR and Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), and other regulatory bodies, as applicable].
