What you’ll do: 
 

A. Application Development

<ul>
	<li>Program, design and maintain software applications</li>
	<li>Support analysis, implementation of technology solutions based on client requirements</li>
	<li>Identify and solve system issues</li>

B. Functional Development

<ul>
	<li>Develop new features or products for a particular area of our platform, working alongside the Development Team</li>
	<li>Maintain and enhance current features and functionalities, and monitor and control the system</li>
	<li>Configure business processes based on defined business requirements</li>
</ul>

C. Analytics

<ul>
	<li>Turn information into action through Analytics-based solutions</li>
	<li>Develop quantitative and qualitative business insights using analytical tools and techniques</li>
	<li>Integrate systems and data quickly and effectively</li>

D. Software Tester

<ul>
	<li>Construct and execute test scripts</li>
	<li>Document and report system errors and gaps identified during testing phase</li>

E. Application / Modern Support

	<li>Support end-users through calls</li>
	<li>Provide end-to-end support for incidents and client requests from problem diagnosis up to resolution</li>

	<li>Build relationships to create, reinforce, motivate and guide customers and partners</li>

F. IT Operations Associate

<ul>
	<li>Administer and maintain clients’ IT systems infrastructure, deal with servers, databases, network, and Cloud</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run IT operations</li>
	<li>Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities</li>
	<li>Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives</li>

What you’ll do: 

<ul>
	<li>Document Translation tasks (e.g. Requirements, Designs, e-mails, Tickets, Error information, etc.) from English to a foreign language (indicate language) and vice versa </li>
	<li>May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors</li>
	<li>Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement activities </li>
	<li>Assist in Capability Development of bilinguals by conducting coaching or language training activities </li>
