AboitizPower

The Technical Compliance Specialist is responsible for the licensing, accreditation and documentary &amp; technical compliances of the Company and other Business Units with the relevant agencies, including but not limited to, the DOE, ERC, PEZA, BIR and BOI. The position will also assist in fulfilling the documentary compliance requirements needed by the Retail Energy Services and Solutions Team as necessary for such projects and transactions with the same external stakeholders. The position is also responsible for maintaining AdventEnergy and APX’s registration and compliance with PEZA.

 

The Technical Compliance Specialist will facilitate and secure with the DOE the Solar Energy Operating Contract (SEOC) of each APX solar project. The position will also assist in securing with the ERC the corresponding Certificate of Compliance (COC) for each APX project needed in the commencement of its operations.

Security Bank

As a Deposit Relationship Manager, you will grow the deposit level of the wholesale segment of the Bank using the various bank deposit and non deposit facilities available. Ensures that offered bank products will meet client requirements and will deliver the Casa, float or fee income projections.

How you'll contribute

<ul>
	<li>Solicits customer feedback through client calls to improve on the Bank’s product offerings and possible product development.</li>
	<li>Negotiates and proposes a competitive pricing scheme and acceptable terms and conditions during client meetings to ensure that deals entered into are beneficial to the bank.</li>
	<li>Drives usage of bank products particularly cash management products by monitoring throughput to achieve maximum performance in terms of Casa/Float Adb.</li>
	<li>Analyzes volume and value of deals and its financial contribution to the bank by using Account Profitability Analysis and Cms Calculator to ensure that it will generate Casa/Float and growth and incremental fee income for the bank.</li>
	<li>Conducts need analysis with corporate clients by undertaking “diagnostic” calls to provide the right business solutions and recommendation to their cash management problems.</li>
	<li>Presents cash management and other bank products and its features through client meetings to close new deals or offer new business solutions.</li>
	<li>Provides marketing strategies, tools, and market updates through internal meetings to better equip and help the Bank’s Sales force attain their cash management business objectives.</li>
	<li>Conducts cash management seminars/lectures through town hall meetings to refresh and keep them up to date.</li>
	<li>Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. </li>

Deposit Relationship Manager

As a Product Development Manager, you are responsible in developing, conceptualizing, enhancing, and documenting all modules of all products/services/facilities/solutions under the purview of Cash Management Division. 

<ul>
	<li>Initiates development or enhancement of products, services, facilities, solutions following the product development process, Agile approach, and Software Development Life Cycle process to deliver business solutions that will help the Bank’s wholesale segment achieve its business targets and goals</li>
	<li>Plans, organizes, and manages resources (people, time, budget, system) using project management process to ensure projects, programs, or initiatives are executed and brought to expected milestones or completion, and according to budget</li>
	<li>Conducts business analysis to review end-to-end processes, methods, and business requirements during planning stage of the project through data gathering and close coordination with stakeholders to ensure complete scoping of project, documentation of user/technical specifications, processes, security, and control requirements</li>
	<li>Documents developed/delivered products, services, and facilities by understanding the regulatory, quality control, security, and risk frameworks of the Bank in order to implement and execute appropriate internal and external control measures in compliance to regulations, quality control, and overall risk management</li>
	<li>Participates in the preparation and conduct of training to end-users such as customers and bank personnel to ensure familiarization of the newly developed/enhanced system or solution</li>
	<li>Researches the market on periodic basis by gathering, analyzing, identifying, interpreting information about the market, industry, product or service to stay abreast of industry news, market trends and address gaps and opportunities to improve on product/service offering</li>
	<li>Leads and assists in the conduct of User Acceptance Testing by checking completeness, correctness, and usability, i.e., user interface and overall user experience o ensure that projects/solutions are delivered according to scope of business requirements and timeframe</li>
	<li>Monitors product and system issues within six (6) months from delivery or roll-out by keeping track of issue list and a feedback mechanism to ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner and opportunities to make improvements and permanent solutions are identified</li>
	<li>Liaises with partners/regulatory government agencies in getting market intelligence by coordinating with counterparts to ensure compliance of all products developed/delivered to applicable regulatory requirements </li>

Product Development Manager

Responsible for driving loan product innovation, enhancing profitability, and ensuring alignment with the Wholesale Banking Segment’s business objectives. Partner with client coverage teams to pursue business opportunities and solutions while ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of loan processes and policies. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial / corporate lending products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements as well as strong leadership and analytical skills.

	<li>Create and launch new loan products/programs and solutions supporting the key business segments of the bank.</li>
	<li>Manage existing products to ensure their continued commercialization, update features and risk parameters based on internal and external regulatory requirements, market practice and competitor landscape to sustain the bank’s value proposition.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Risk Management, Finance, Compliance and Technology to ensure product compliance and seamless execution</li>
	<li>Perform annual or ad-hoc (as needed) Product Manual review and update.</li>
	<li>Manage loan product Profit &amp; Loss position in close coordination with FinPlan and WBS MIS. Ensure that data received are validated and reflects the expected revenue from both existing accounts and newly onboarded clients.</li>
	<li>Monitor the impact of asset quality, ECL provisions &amp; ROPA gains comparing month-on-month fluctuations and verifying the causes and note significant impact to P&amp;L.</li>
	<li>Initiate a periodic (e.g. quarterly) discussion with business segments to align pricing strategy, escalate observed reductions in margins and align on the direction towards reaching the budget requirement.</li>
	<li>Take full responsibility and accountability on the accuracy of data on business volume and revenue.</li>
	<li>Prepare monthly management report and highlight significant movements or events impacting the P&amp;L.</li>
	<li>Actively collaborate with client coverage, Transformation, EREM teams to structure, create loan financing solutions and services that address the needs of clients.</li>
	<li>Engage closely with Relationship Managers on pipeline monitoring and realization.</li>
	<li>Develop a strong working partnership with internal stakeholders such as Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and support teams such as Credit Operations, MIS, FinPlan, Accounting, Implementation, Onboarding and Service Delivery teams, among others for productive consultations and support in relation to product management and deal initiations.</li>
	<li>Articulate clearly and concisely to a wide range of audience both internal and external, on the varying parameters, benefits, structures, risks and mitigating factors of the bank’s loan portfolio and finance solutions.</li>
	<li>Negotiate effectively with internal and external counterparties in relation to compliance, risk, legal, regulatory and commercial consultations, among others.</li>
	<li>Monitor product commercialization, portfolio outstanding and movements, portfolio quality, adherence / deviations to product parameters, risk criteria, among others, and prepare management reports.</li>
	<li>Create learning modules and conduct product training to internal parties on loan finance solutions.</li>
	<li>Present product and portfolio updates to team and management using presentation tools as per the bank’s branding look and feel.</li>
	<li>Support the client coverage teams and / or present in Townhall, sales rallies and other management meetings to enhance the engagement of internal parties in commercializing the bank’s loan finance solutions.</li>
	<li>Adhere to existing risk, compliance and banking policies such as, but not limited to, HR policies and guidelines on the day-to-day conduct in the office, clients, internal and external stakeholders, among others.</li>
