Stradcom Corporation

The jobholder contributes to the growth and profitability of Stradcom Corporation by ensuring the effective and efficient account management in terms of revenue collection and reporting of assigned connectivity account. The jobholder performs accounting works regularly which involves maintaining, preparing, posting and balancing of financial transactions, statements, records, documents and/or reports relative to connectivity projects of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Prepares daily and periodical collection and revenue report of Business Connectivity projects;</li>
	<li>Maintains accurate revenue records for informational and operation use;</li>
	<li>Receives and documents payments and transactions from the Compliance Officer, Revenue Accountant, Accounting Specialist and Web Applications Development Officers;</li>
	<li>Communicates with clients their account balances and payments and initiates disconnection from system due to unsettled accounts;</li>
	<li>Entertains client inquiries regarding accounts-related matters and communicates with clients to establish good working relations;</li>
	<li>Ensures timely transmittal of a statement of accounts, transaction summary reports and corresponding official receipts for the deposit made by clients;</li>
	<li>Analyzes and reconciles revenue collection on a daily and monthly basis with the Accounting Department;</li>
	<li>Generates and prepares other reports required by management; and,</li>
	<li>Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her superiors from time to time.</li>
</ul>

Accounts Management Assistant

<ul>
	<li>Performs installation, configuration, and staging of hardware to be used by Auxiliary clients or for Auxiliary related projects;</li>
	<li>Performs preventive maintenance on a periodic basis for the hardware used in Auxiliary clients’ sites;</li>
	<li>Conducts remote and/or onsite investigation and troubleshooting to identify issues related to hardware and software used by Auxiliary clients;</li>
	<li>Performs corrective actions, including reconfiguration, re-installation and repair/replacement of hardware, as necessary. Repair/replacement of hardware shall only apply if the hardware is Stradcom-owned and issued;</li>
	<li>Conducts back-up of data contained in hardware used for Auxiliary projects, as necessary;</li>
	<li>Coordinates with internal counterparts for joint activities necessary to identify and/or resolve software or hardware related issues;</li>
	<li>Provides technical support for special events, conferences, meetings, etc.;</li>
	<li>Prepares ad-hoc and regular reports regarding technical support activities;</li>
	<li>Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs;</li>
	<li>Ensure that proper actions are immediately taken to resolve the reported problems by monitoring pending service requests (SR’s) and updating them using the Helpdesk System; and,</li>
	<li>Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his superiors from time to time.</li>
